Setting Up an Encrypted USB Flash Drive

This is a snapshot gallery showing some of the steps involved in using the Mac OS X version of TruCrypt to prepare an encrypted USB flash drive for. (See the TruCrypt Beginner’s Tutorial for a complete, detailed explanation using the Windows version.)

info-iconFYI: These are snapshots of the Mac OS X version of TruCrypt. The Windows version is very similar with the notable difference that it uses partition letters instead of slot numbers. And, of course, the mounted USB volumes will appear, not on the desktop, but on the Computer window, e.g.:
